Exhale Supply Co is a vape shop in Defiance, Ohio. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us online, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and your order history.
Payment details go directly to our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse the site we collect the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the site that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar tools, which you can read about in our Cookie Policy.
We also keep any messages you send us and your marketing preferences.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, to confirm that buyers are adults, to send order and shipping updates, and to answer your questions.
Federal law (the PACT Act) requires us to keep records of every vapor product shipment and report them to state tax authorities. We keep and share those records because we have to.
We also use information to prevent fraud, to protect the store, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider and analytics tools. We share it with state and federal authorities when the law requires it, including PACT Act reporting.
We do not sell your personal information.
Order and shipment records are kept for as long as the law requires, which for PACT Act records is at least four years. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
You can view and update your details in your account and unsubscribe from marketing in any email. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the Manage Cookies link in the footer.
If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email arhubble1@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will never treat you differently for making a request.
We use encryption and standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously.
This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
